I’ve already spent enough time writing how crappy cvs’s software system is.
No ability to speak directly with pharmacy expect in person. The AI customer support is horrible and will only waste your time. Shame to see CVS prioritize a cheap and unhelpful AI support bot instead of just letting their staff speak to customers
The AI answering system is the worst thing in the world. You essentially have to go in person to this cvs to get any of your questions answered. The machine will not connect you to a real person.
