Love this pharmacy, love the staff. But these new check in tablets are absolute nonsense. It took me twice as long to get my medications as it would if I had just given the staff my name verbally. It’s insane and not helpful, especially when the pharmacy staff allows some people to skip it just because they’re older. If you’re standing looking at me, don’t walk away and make me use a tablet. Poor customer interaction now.
I call a pharmacy so I can speak to a pharmacist, not so I can answer any questions from a bot. It is lazy, inefficient, and just frustrates your customers. Fire the C-suite or whomever came up with this idea.
I’ve already spent enough time writing how crappy cvs’s software system is.
