The service there is terrible! There is always a long wait. Items are never ready. I don't understand why the pharmacy is closed on Saturday and Sunday evenings then why is it labeled as 24 hr?!
Management needs to train cashiers on how to process a money gram load to a prepaid card. The cashier tried to swipe my prepaid card as a new card purchase instead of a money gram load, then tried to tell me my card was invalid. I had to go to the CVS on Chagrin next to the fire station, near Lee. It was no problem at that location because they knew how to process it and they certainly didn't tell me I was wrong and that my card wasn't prepaid. Totally incompetent cashier at the Woodmere location should be retrained or fired... read more
