CVS - Customer, Value, Service. This location misses the mark. The pharmacy employees couldn't care less about the customer, and doesn't have "service" in their vocabulary. How disappointing, frustrating, and degrading it is to come to the pharmacy hoping to receive guidance (on multiple occasions in one week), only to have a back turned and hear "I can't help you." I sure wish my unpreventable medical situation, that I didn't choose, wasn't such an inconvenience to this pharmacy. My bad.
I will no longer be filling my prescription through CVS due to the horrendous customer service I encountered at this location on 8/23/17. A formal complaint will be filed through corporate.
