I went to fill my Moms insulin so they say they dont have it and it will be $95 and will be ordered by the next day,so I go 3 days later to pick it up and they dont have it so they call another CVS and we went there to pick it up and they said who told you we have it bc we dont? then they say they have some of it but the copay is not $95 so 4 days and my mom still hasnt had her insulin and they say they have to call insurance company

I hate CVS! The pharmacists are lazy and never follow up if there are issues with your prescriptions. You basically find out when you try to pick them up. They're like "oh yeah we need to contact your doctor's office". So I ordered my prescriptions and waited three days, you finally tell me you need to call my doctor??? BS!!! I wish I could change back to Walgreens but unfortunately my job's insurance is with CVS. Very dissatisfied customer!

Our location is great. Been shopping @ Cvs for over 20 years. Corporate/ where is the link for donation request. Need as many composition books, bound, wide rule and any color for a Title 1 School - North Belt Elementary. They are trying to receive as many as 500 to help with the school year. Hope you can support. Let me know. Thx

Seriously im waiting at the drive thru 40 mins for these people. They are all in there so DAM slow. I really seriously think they pay them to have an attitude and be rude after there so dam slow. Bad bad customer service. I oromise NEVER again to CVS.
