Tame Ayuk-Arrey at the CVS Rio location has terrible presence, she is aggressive, crass and has poor overall attitude towards customers. She refused to run my insurance card for my prescription even after holding my card she insisted I would not have benefits. She was exceptionally defensive and essentially refused to help. If you are having a terrible day, please seek help and not work in such a profession. This is my home CVS but it has made me uncomfortable knowing this is the way they treat customers.
Masa (sp?) remained extremely professional, calm, and extremely kind as my son freaked out for about an hour while getting his vaccine. The whole staff was extremely patient AND we all got lollipops at the end. We will definitely be back!
