The only reason I put a 1 star is because of the Pharmacist Masa Rezavi who always helped and understood mu situation. But recently it seems the manager Janice has become arrogant and forgot how to treat her customers. I hope something can change from management to improve this bad experience. These days Walmart service are very good and they actually give you answers
This pharmacy's staff are always helpful and hardworking. Not only do the pharmacists and techs multitask like crazy, they are also empathetic to those in times of uncertainty. There are constraints as to what they can do with insurance and provider response times, but you can tell they're trying their best. Love this team and all that they do to serve this community.
The pharmacy is extremely professional and personable. They are clearly concerned with both the medication and its cost.
