CVS has become a train wreck. Important prescriptions are back ordered and there is no way to find store-specific hours. The website/app hours are different than the actual hours.
The employees at the pharmacy are always cranky and rude ... not very pleasant customer service ...
The guys working the pharmacy tonight were very patient with me, extremely professional, and friendly. I was a difficult customer but they were all very friendly and helpful. I'm not sure why this CVS has a bad rap but my experience tonight was very positive.
