Customer service is horrible in the Pharmacy! Not friendly at all. I’m not use to that.
I dropped off my antibiotic(Amoxicillin) at noon, asked my mom to go back and get it for me after work. It’s now 6pm and they said it wasn’t ready. I’m baffled how one of the most common pharmaceuticals could take more than 6 hours to fill. I mean it’s one thing to be busy but really? Over 6 hours for amoxicillin-ridiculous !!
If your getting more prescriptions from Kmart then maybe you should hire more people to work in the pharmacy. Being on hold for 25min. Is ridiculous.
