Dropped off a prescription on a Saturday. Told me they'd have it Monday since I chose not to go to another location.Monday comes. I call to verify it's in. They cant find it or my info. Melanie K. was rude and kept talking over me. I said I know what the script is and she kept answering with your DOB?. Like ive ssid it 5xs u cant find it obviously. I hung up. Had to call and get the script sent elsewhere!!
Don’t give them your phone number...ever! They will constantly send you messages and call you. I called in a prescription at 7 am for 10 am. I am here at 11:30 am, and it is not ready. They asked if I wanted to expidite 🙄
They do mess up from time to time...minute clinic is ok. Pharmacy is always understaffed. They always do thier best to fix the problem.
