I specifically told the pharmacy that I didn't need a prescription for my child since the doctor prescribed a higher dosage that would be ready the next day. However when my fiance went to pick the meds up, the one I stated she did not need was in the batch. I called the pharmacy to notify them that they were supposed to put the lower dosage back as the higher dosage would be filled tomorrow. The pharmacist tried to say I didn't tell them that. This store is filthy. There were two cotton balls with what looked like blood on the floor behind the chairs and snack food pieces. Don't think they own a vaccum. It wasn't just the pharmacy, it eas the whole store that was a wreck. The staff have no sense of urgency when it comes to helping people. I had a coupon for a certain medication and they refused it and acted like I was stealing from them. I will never go there again and will transfer my prescriptions to another location.
