we arrived and the pharmacy was closed, although according to the schedule it should be open... and this is not the first time!!!!
I hate giving negative reviews, but I feel like this needs to be said. I was the only person in line, and it took a while before someone even acknowledged me. Then someone came to help me, asked for my insurance card to adjust the cost of my prescriptions, then clocked out from his shift. I waited an additional amount of time for another pharmacy tech to help me finish my transaction. In that time, the line for pick up started to grow, and there were 4 people waiting behind me.
