Dalal a pharmacy assistant in the CVS Redmond location is extremely rude, short with patients and in no way helpful. She will raise her voice at you if she is unhappy, and is overall unprofessional. I would not recommend using this pharmacy.
Today, I had to deal with this pharmacy once again. Only one employee was attempting to manage the line. When my turn finally came, the pharmacist informed me that I would have to wait another 10–15 minutes to receive medications (for delivery). I should note that I had already been waiting for 15 minutes. The management of this pharmacy seems just as incompetent as their staff. This kind of thing doesn't happen at other CVS locations. This is the worst pharmacy in Redmond and the entire surrounding area.
You cannot speak to the pharmacy if you’re a new customer because your name and DOB are not on file and they hang up on you!
