They can't get anything correct..and app is the worst..as is their horrible automated phone system
I had a very frustrating experience at your pharmacy. The pharmacist on duty was rude and seemed unhappy with her job. My medication was ready, but I had already waited over an hour when she refused to give it to me. She made me wait even longer at the counter and asked me to leave the line and go around again so the car behind me could go first, even though she clearly had my prescription in hand. I am writing to express my concerns regarding a very poor customer service experience my wife and I encountered at your drive-thru pharmacy on January 7, 2026, at approximately 7:15 PM. My wife arrived at the drive-thru to pick up a prescription after receiving a notification confirming that it was ready. One of the worst slow moving pharmacy out there. The staff shows zero sense of urgency and moves like sloth for pickups. There’s always a long line and never enough staff.
Efficiency has greatly improved since covid. Employing more people has helped.
