pharmacy and minute clinic can’t get it together came in with my daughter who has strep throat given prescription for amoxicillin which of course should be liquid cause duhh its strep throat no almost took pills then pharmacist said oh the doctor needs to call that in which i know but i stated it’s the minute clinic here he calls her she says ok 2 1/2 hours of coming back up here and still no antibiotics I literally will never come here for medications again or for simple diagnosis absolutely the worst
Drive-thru can be slow at times
This is my default pharmacy near home. The staff make it so easy to fill my prescriptions and always chat with me while I'm there.
I always have to wait. Once I waited 22 minutes They could of said something. Then I could have gone and pick up my other items I needed to get.
It is currently 3pm on 11/13/23 , we initially walked up to the counter, looking for Medication and the gentleman shouted and refused to even get up to greet us. afterwards we were told we couldn’t purchase additional medication at the counter and needed to take those items to the front of the store. We were simply trying to use our FSA card for the full purchase.The customer service and the logic here is poor and it needs to be reworked.
