Pharmacist was not knowledgeable of store policy or about the medicine she is distributing. Unhelpful and uneducated.. I worry for anyone newly diagnosed with the same chronic illness to receive any medical information from the staff here. Peoples lives may literally be in jeopardy from this kind of negligence.

This CVS has brought me world class customer service experiences every single time I visit. When I was having issues at other locations, all staff has been so helpful at THIS location. Only emphasizing bc this pharmacy rocks and is so helpful when dealing with insurance or prescriber problems. They are kind and remember me every time. I totally recommend!
Worst CVS pharmacy in Cleveland, i called several times they would put me on hold then pick up and hang up the phone. I did a call back through there automated system they called and the moment i said hello hung up once again
