There is no such thing as a quick trip to CVS! It doesn’t matter if you’re picking up a prescription or called ahead to see if they have something in stock. I’d love to be able to get my prescriptions somewhere else and stop going to CVS. Some (1) of the pharmacist are nice but the rest of the staff are NOT very friendly!!!
The CVS on 82nd State Ave in KCK customer service sucks. The night cashier need to be fired. The store is dirty as ever. I have taken a picture and recorded the same dirty spots for 2 months.
I was in Sunday and ordered a refill. I told them I'd pick it up Monday. I came in at 6 pm on Monday was told that the refill wasn't ordered but they'd get it ready for me. It is now 6:45 pm on Tuesday and it's still not ready! I want to go back to WalGreens, but my insurance won't let me. CVS is horrible!
