Terrible pharmacy. People issue unfortunately
Very disappointed with the service at this CVS pharmacy. My doctor asked the pharmacy to call their office to resend a prescription under a generic name, and I even provided the phone number. The employee refused to call and said he “could get fired,” which delayed my medication for no reason. Completely unhelpful and unprofessional. On another visit, an employee handling prescriptions had a broken, bleeding nail, which is extremely unsanitary and unacceptable in a pharmacy setting. This is properly the best pharmacy that I have used in the past. I used to go to Walgreens and it was a disaster dealing with them for every single prescription I have filled or refilled. It is really nice that my pharmacist remembered my name and my child's name which does not happen anywhere else. The pharmacist was very knowledgeable as always. It was a very positive experience.
