Prescriptions are rarely ready when you go to pick them up. Pharmacists are overloaded. Staff is unqualified and rude. When I asked why they needed my height and weight to fill my insulin prescription I was told the pharmacist needed to verify dosage. I said my doctor is who verifies dosage before calling in my prescription. The gal I was talking to actually told me that the pharmacist was a doctor too and implied he could change my dosage.
