CVS told me they can’t take insurance information over the phone I have to come in person. Had to transfer my prescription from Walgreens as CVS is know preferred provider. Very unimpressed with their service so far will have to complain with my insurance provider really want to avoid using them after such a terrible first impression...
I have been to this CVS twice in the last month for immunization shots - although the pharmacy was busy, they were able to take care of me quickly and efficiently. I was most impressed by how many people were working behind the counter to handle customers at the window as well as inside the store.
I dropped of my Prescription off and was told to come back in two hours be cuz they were busy. I went all the way home came back 3 hrs later n my prescription hasn't even been touched or filled! 45 min later n still waiting! WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN!!
