Just happened to be having my eye exam next door and since I had time to waste thought I would get a prescription filled. There was a problem with my insurance so I asked the Pharmacist (who was being extremely rude and condescending) if she would call and see what the problem was, and she pointed out to me that it was not her responsibility to find out what the problem was with my insurance.
