I live in Ohio, but come 1 or 2xs a year to visit my daughter and grandchildren in Clackamas County. When I need refills they are good about calling me back, confirming my prescriptions w/ my pharmacy and filling my request in a timely manner. CVS has always been good to me for the last 6 years of visiting.
Worst ever they said my prescription would be ready the next day and they hadn't even called to get it sent over to them, then told me it'd be 3 to 5 business days total incompetence
Absolutely absurd customer experience. Tried to have a simple prescription transfer done to no avail due to the employees incompetence. Insisted they were waiting on the other pharmacy when that store never received a fax and the copy of the fax sent had a big FAX FAILED over the top at cvs. They Insisted I call my doctor (I cannot) and ignored me while I stood in line until I left.
