Had a vaccination appointment scheduled 4wks in advanced. Left work early the day of my appointment. Arrived at 2:10ish for my 2:30 appointment. Was told by the register employee that “the pharmacist was not doing vaccines now”. My complaint… I had a scheduled appointment; I left work early and arrived respectfully early; I never received any phone call or email updating me that I couldn’t be seen.
