Had a vaccination appointment scheduled 4wks in advanced. Left work early the day of my appointment. Arrived at 2:10ish for my 2:30 appointment. Was told by the register employee that “the pharmacist was not doing vaccines now”. My complaint… I had a scheduled appointment; I left work early and arrived respectfully early; I never received any phone call or email updating me that I couldn’t be seen. The pharmacy is always super nice, but Judine went above and beyond today. Very friendly and knowledgeable!
The absolute worst business model. Customers cannot speak to a person. Trying to navigate the phone system is a joke. So at 69 years old I have to get in my care and drive there to have a simple question answered. People paying half their social security to buy their meds and they can’t even speak to a person. The worst ever. No more customer service at this place or any CVS.
