New "Ai" phone bot is useless. Took ten minutes to do a call that used to take 2 minutes at most. The phone bot is completely unable to understand the pronunciation of my medicines and when it says it will transfer to a pharmacist for assistance it just HANGS UP INSTEAD Absolutely ridiculous. There was no need at all to use the hallucinating lying robot when the previous phone system worked fast and efficient.
