I am giving three stars because the pharmacist is helpful, and so are the other techs, but one tech lacks empathy and training in dealing with patients who are disabled. Please speak to her before I file a complaint through the MN Board of Pharmacy. Her demeanor is extremely inappropriate, and she doesn’t need to make comments about a disabled man in front of him regarding his lack of spatial awareness (making an inappropriate comment to my mother for him almost running into someone with a cart, when he didn’t, and my mother... read more
I love the CVS Pharmacy in Inver Grove Heights. They are veryy efficient.
I appreciate all the Staff and all their hard Work 😁 Julie knows me very well. She’s always been a great pharmacist. She’s and the other Pharmacists are great at resolving issues and dealing with Work comp and other issues sometimes and always getting the medication‘s filled.
