The worst customer service. Tried to get a prescription filled before my trip. In person I was told I could, just give them a call in a few days since it was too early. So I did. After trying to get a person to speak to 6 times, I was told the script would be ready for 3:00 pm. Then I got a text that said they couldn’t fill it. I would have happily paid out of pocket or asked for partial dose if someone actually spoke to me.
The employees here couldn't care less about the job they're doing or for you as a customer. The price of my normal prescription went up $10 unexpectedly, so I questioned it, wondering if good RX needed to be updated. The person said no, they already ran it through good RX. I said let me double check that on the website because it seems incorrect. Through multiple sighs and eyerolls, he told me that good RX fluctuates.
