This place gave me incompatible materials to take my medication. When I called in and spoke with someone, they said they have what I need and I could come back to get it free of charge. I went back and they didn’t have what I need and I had to explain the situation all over again to 2 different workers and still ended up leaving without what I needed.
I wouldn’t recommend visiting this place for picking up prescriptions. Every time I’ve been there, the normal wait time is 40 minutes, even though the prescription is already ready to be picked up. I’m not sure what’s going on there. I would just go to different pharmacy or different locations.
Cvs would rather make a secondary page for this location and bot the reviews than fix the issues that exist. Currently in line, been here for 45 minutes and it's only moved once, yesterday I was here and hour then turned away. The only person to be helped was told there was an issue and they were calling someone "to figure it out". Don't get medications sent here. It's intentionally mismanaged. They only have one worker every time I've been.
