Staff is incredibly kind and proactive.
The staff is generally nice but like many reviews dating back years have stated- Plan to wait in line for at least 30 minutes. I started paying for delivery and that worked for a while but now I’m back in the forever line because randomly they started requiring a delivery signature and i work during the day. So much wasted time… I’m finally giving up on this place.
Waits are insane and every single time I’ve come, they’ve said they didn’t get my prescription. Then I’ve called the doctor, they’ve said they sent it, I’ve gone back, and they’ve said they don’t have it. It’s just horrible. Their delay at getting in prescriptions that are faxed has resulted in my newborn baby suffering for hours and even days unnecessarily. Shame on this pharmacy and the harm that they cause.
This is honestly one of the better cvs pharmacies I’ve been to/dealt with. The staff are always kind and friendly, the pharmacy manager is excellent, kind, understanding, and not on a power trip(which I’ve experienced at plenty of other pharmacies before). That being said, The floater pharmacists are the only reason I’m deducting one star. They are way overly cautious about fill dates-there’s no reasoning with them and it just becomes what it is (so whatever they think is right).
