Impossible to get in contact with a pharmacist over the phone. Transferring my prescriptions out of CVS ASAP
The stupid voice bot for the pharmacy cannot understand English spoken by a native college educated speaker. Even when I choose one of the selections offered it responds that it cannot understand me! Then after failing repeatedly it asks if there is "anything else that it can help me with" There is no way to get through to the pharmacist or to a technician to get my question answered so I am taking my business elsewhere even though this is my local Target. The self-service tablets. They want us to use them but they only serve the first tablet while the second tablet is ignored by the cashier… and there’s only one cashier. So what’s the point? They’re serving those BEHIND me in line but I’m ignored. What in the world
I would give zero stars if I could. I came in to get a vaccine covered under SFHP, which has already been approved for pharmacy use (I’ve already used it for several times for only $5 copay for medication). Without even bothering to check my insurance, the pharmacist insisted that my plan only allows me to get visits at a doctor’s office, not for vaccines or medications. That is completely false, I was able to get my vaccine at Walgreens right after with zero issues. Unhelpful, dismissive staff. I won’t be back.
Never pick up the phone. Make it near impossible to reach voicemail. Prescription is never ready for pick up when needed. Worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with.
