Customer service at CVS sucks!! Someone I know got scammed by a “secret shopper deal” where he was supposed to buy $1500 eBay gift cards after depositing a $1900 check into his account. Before it went any further (before any of the gift card info was passed along) it was figured out that it was a scam. Best Buy and Target were great! Even though their policy states that they don’t accept returns for gift cards, they did, due to the circumstances. Neither CVS or eBay will refund the gift cards from CVS. Very bad experience tonight at CVS, the one off prairie view road. I was so grateful (and I did let them know this) to get what I needed but while I was waiting the pharmacist was complaining the entire time. Talking to his coworker and saying how he doesn’t get paid a minute after 9 and is expected to stay, that’s just the norm... most places to eat close before he can leave. He made me wait 45 minutes when nobody else was there the whole time filling tons of other prescriptions and he was slamming everything around the who... read more

RecommendedPharmacist (Dan) went over & above to find a discount on a brand name rx for me, lowering the price from $184 to $17. Just ask! They are very helpful!

I think 2 full service drive thru lanes with dedicated staff would have merited a 5-star review.
