CVS on kempsville Road puts Rite-aid to shame.! staff are Friendly and professional, they do what they say they are going to do and in a timely manner. follow-up is done when requested. I am extremely happy with change!
The staff was extremely helpful when I had to transfer script from Walgreens in Norfolk, due to all Walgreens out of stock of insulin. This CVS had it in stock. I appreciate the staff at this CVS and their willingness to help with the transfer and their compassion. I would definitely be a regular patient if I didn't live so far from that location.
So disappointed disturbed and i was verbally abused by a physician NEVER again horrible. I would do 0 stars if i could
