Caleb is the best
I had a prescription that had to be transferred from my normal CVS due to them not having it in stock. When I called there to see if I could possibly get my script before the time they advised by text, the one who answered (I believe his name was Caleb) asked me for my patient details, then asked me to please hold. When he came back to the line, he immediately told me he expedited my script and it's now available!
