I am very upset with CVS and the sham ExtraCare card deals and the phone customer service. I had a deal that I sent to my card for 3/$9 coke 12 packs. When I checked out, it rang up as 3/$12. The store cashier told me I had to call the 1-800-Shop-CVS because if the computer did not take it off it was not valid. Then the customer service lady said she put the deal on my card, but I had to go back to the store to use it. I said no way are you running me around in circles. Pharmacist Jack really needs an attitude adjustment or retirement. He is rude and impatient....throws medication around...unprofessional. Will take my business to another CVS.
