This CVS COVID-19 Testing center, located at 6945 Cypress Wood Drive, Spring, Texas 77379 is the best!!! I've been tested here several times , the staff is always friendly, helpful, professional, positive and upbeat. We are so lucky to have such a great service in our community
Very quick and efficient. The MyChart app is recommended for results but not required. You will need to book an appointment in advance. The clinic does not take "drop ins"
Google says you don’t need an appointment but you do.
