Ban CVS I've been a loyal customer since the 1980s. Someone knows how to hack my Xtra care card without knowing my email but after over 2 hours and 10 associates nobody could figure it out. What

After my scheduled test, staff called to advise test was negative and said a link with the results document would arrive within minutes. The link arrived but the web site did not work. Flying international and needed the test. Hours of holding and speaking CVS customer service folks and no less then 4 promises of a new link, no link or document provided. Booked my appointment 2 weeks in advance to test for international travel. Immediately was able to check in and test upon arrival. Staff was friendly and helpful. We received our results by phone within 40 minutes of testing and email results within an hour after the phone call.

I brought my family to do the test before they go back to Brazil. I had to do the appointment 2 weeks in advance. The lady who guide the test called us within 1:30 to tell us the results were negative. However I needed the results in the email to show the airline. We waited hours before the flight and didn’t get on time. We had to reschedule the flight. Horribly experience
