Horrible experience at cvs in Kaufman Texas! Rude and condescending... after reading these reviews this must be how the pharmacy staff is trained.. transferring all prescriptions to a real pharmacy!
Took over an hour to get my meds received and filled thanks cvs for the crappy service!
I would give 0, if possible!! I will not do business with a company that has employees( pharmacists) that are patronizing and treat me as a low life, due to her judging me for what medications I am on!! She has no idea about my medical conditions, just what I’m taking!! Abilene lost 1 cvs in dec2025, and if treatment like this continues, the judge ely store will be next! I am moving all my meds and have spoke with others that are going to do the same due to the same issue with the pharmacist that is working today!
You do not close your offices in Texas for severe weather and RISKS THEIR LIVES for your corporation. DO BETTER! Give the workers their day off from severe weather. The LIABILITY IS ON YOU!
