I am beyond angry. You try to call to get a refill and you can't get a live person. The recording said I don't have any prescriptions but I do. You should be able to call and get a live person. I would never choose to go to CVS but that is my insurance. I have no choice. Terrible service.
I can't use cvs in target so now I have to get Rx by mail. Took 4 days and 4 phone numbers to HOPEFULLY get my Rx soon Epsom salts are 4X what they cost at King Soopers. RIP OFF
Please get rid of your new ai recording, it helps as much as a wood watch. I love my cvs store in buda, I really dont want to go to another pharmacy but you need to put this genie back in the bottle ASAP. Thanks for listening
My wife and I have been using CVS for over 25 years. Just recently we moved from Abilene Tx to Burleson Tx and attempted to have our doctor in Abilene, 100 miles away, call in prescriptions for my wife. From day one, a pharmacist by the name of Pam, at the Crowley Texas CVS Pharmacy on Crowley Road, had been nothing but obnoxious and mean spirited and has declined to fill my wife’s prescriptions since we haven’t found a Dr here yet.
