Don’t use CVS pharmacy in store, if you don’t have to..
CVS Caremark just doesn't care for their customers. My wife has run out of medication three weeks ago and they just don't care. Many hours on the phone with representatives, many emails, LLC to no avail. This is criminal and should be investigated, an in depth review of all of there practices. Get your medications anywhere else but CVS Caremark.
CVS obviously hates their customers. To be treated this way is intentionally hostile: The automated answering service is just completely malicious. It is totally obnoxious when customers are trying to get information. It forces you to answer irrelevant questions, and then hangs up on you. It won't allow you to speak with a person. This is beyond unacceptable. I'll be switching as soon as possible not that anyone in corporate will read this or care.
Why would a business close the pharmacy for their lunch .... surely there's more than one person in the pharmacy.... very Bad customer service in my opinion........
