Why would a business close the pharmacy for their lunch .... surely there's more than one person in the pharmacy.... very Bad customer service in my opinion........
Sadly CVS Pharmacy as a whole is an inept patient unfriendly system whose representatives CANNOT EVEN THINK CRITICALLY ENOUGH TO UNDERSTAND THAT YOUR FECKLESS COMMUNICATION SYSTEM IS SO HIPPA PROTECTED THAT EVEN THE SICK AND DYING PATIENTS CAN'T GET THEIR RIGHT INFO!!! I AM CURRENTLY FIGHTONG BREAST CANCER AT THE SAME TIME FINALLY BEING DIAGNOSED WITH SUCH A RARE BLOOD DISEASE THAT I HAVE WAITED 70 YEARS TO GET DIAGNOSED!!!! AND YOUR UNTRAINED AND DISCOMOASSIONATE REP HUNG UP ON ME.
