CVS did a custom shower surround for us and it turned out beautiful. The installers were professional and informative. We love the work that this company did for us and would highly recommend.
Ordered mirrors and after a couple years they are getting black spots on the glass. Called no warranty. Not sure how the mirror in my bathroom that hung there before for 23 years never had this issue.
I had shower glass installed and while the pricing was great, the installers damaged the ceiling. I get it, things happen, but at least notify me of the damage and we can talk about it. I never got any follow up to fix it after contacting them, so I have to agree with others that their customer service is lacking.
CVS has HORRIBLE customer service. DO NOT use them for your shower doors or anything else. Sal who’s the owner is a terrible business man & follow up is maybe the very worst I’ve ever experienced. Buyer beware!!!!
