I have never dealt with a more frustrating and disorganized pharmacy benefit provider than CVS Caremark. This has been an absolute nightmare. I was APPROVED for Zepbound with a prior authorization valid through May, yet when I tried to fill my prescription in March, it was suddenly denied with no clear explanation. Then, to make matters worse, I received an email from them saying my authorization is “expiring soon” — while also showing that I’m still supposedly covered. Which is it? Covered or not? Would give 0 stars if possible. Each time I call/message I get a different story from a different representative. It's virtually impossible to get medication that I've been taking for years navigating their BS.
