This company is far from impressive. They have lost my RX's sent into by Doctor, they have lost other forms 3 times, they have canceled my RX for no reason, claiming I canceled it (not the case). They claim to contact my Dr. three times but its a small office and CVS never did. Supervisors say the order is in process only to get canceled because they lost forms again.
