Cannot be if any assistance over the phone, when called they’ll tell you that they are sending you to another department, but then send you to a completely different department all while being placed on hold for HOURS!!!!
My work switched insurances and CVS Caremark denied my prescription and stated there was no alternative. I've been on this med for years and there are many alternatives. They simply don't want to pay for a script but gladly take my premiums every week. Nothing but red tape. This is totally unethical!
Very misleading. WASTE OF TIME & GAS. 😡😡
