Rude pharmacy tech. Refused to tell me a time when I could pick up my prescription, saying they were understaffed. This is ridiculous, unprofessional, and even harmful. Also, impossible to speak to a human via their phone system, which put me into a maddening AI bot loop. Some questions/requests require speaking with pharmacist, but good luck with that at this store.
edmonds store says: Pharmacy closes for lunch from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM.... was there waiting behind amnother car and when I pulled up agent flips a sign down that says "closed for lunch! Time was 1:15................ grrrrrrrr
