customer service on the sales floor is great. you get greeted upon walking through the doors. Retail associates are helpful and willing to go xtra mile to assist.
0/5 because their automated systems WON'T LET ME ORDER REFILLS. When you call it puts you in a loop of "this medication is fillable" but gives no option to actually fill it. I also tried to make an account on the app, but the 2 factor authentication is also broken and never sent me the code so I can't activate my account.
Not my style to give bad reviews… This is the worst pharmacy I ever been to. They're lost; no easy way to communicate by phone. Get texts that the medication is ready to pick up, but no one can find it… It's just a circus! Not only a one-time ordeal, but several times! So done with…
Awful awful awful pharmacy. Rude! Long wait lines! Unbelievably bad customer service.
Great store! It was great to see same faces of employee from Bartells glad CVS took care and keep them.
