Not sure who the guy working up front was on 12/13 afternoon but he was very disrespectful to several customers. I was unsure if he had some sort of issues at first but his demeanor and how he spoke to customers was very rude.

I really do not understand the multiple negative reviews of this pharmacy. I have used them extensively over the last 6 years for prescriptions and vaccinations for me and my family. Every person I have interacted with, from pharmacists, to pharmacy assistants, and the staff at the drive-up window have been helpful and courteous. I’d like to give a special shout out to the pharmacy manager, Jennifer, who has always been incredibly helpful whenever I have spoken to her.

I have a teenager who needs a vaccine, which now requires a prescription. I called CVS and spoke to a Minute Clinic specialist who said that they could do the prescription and vaccine at a Minute Clinic. She said we could do a walk-in, and we did--and were immediately sent away by a computer that told us there was no time for us. So I went to my car and made an appointment for a different CVS--this one at Woodstock Rd. Unprofessionalism at an all-time high I ordered some photos online for pick up at 9 AM when I arrived at the store a little after nine one of the employees was walking in behind me however there was already one there in plain clothes behind the register having a full conversation with another woman, I immediately got in line and waited for context.
