This pharmacy really needs to get its business in order! They deny refills even thought the medical provider states there are numerous left and try to refill prescriptions automatically that haven't been filled in over a year! On top of that the customer service is less than friendly. I will say though, the pharmacy technicians for the most part do a really great job at making you feel like a burden for doing business here.

I had a really disappointing experience at the pharmacy today. I came in with a manufacturer voucher for a replacement Wegovy box after a confirmed pen malfunction, and instead of being helped, I was met with attitude and dismissiveness. I was not asking for anything inappropriate or trying to bypass policy. I was simply trying to understand how to use a legitimate voucher I was given. Recently, the bathroom here has been God Awful! If it’s not the smell of jock itch, it’s the greatness of toilet water strangè that graces my nose each time I walk in. Please utilize more of the air fresheners that you sell. Thank you. Also, there are weird smells by the black hair care section. Keep those weird chemicals out of that section please.
