Sunday morning, standing in waiting line alone for 3 minutes and listening the cashier chatting irrelevant with a customer nonstop, the cashier doesn’t even bother to call another one to help, just ignores me.
They, the pharmacy, always lie and say they called my doctor when they never did. Happens basically every time I need meds refilled. And they changed they changed how the menu for refills over the phone works, it takes longer now, more steps, longer response and does not tell you when the prescription will be ready before it hangs up on you. Its ridiculous.
Their Internet/Registers are consistently having issues.. preventing from any Card/Apple Pay Transactions. Twice in a month, I’ve tried purchasing somethings and only after everything has been scanned and ready to checkout.. the Employee will inform me of their current Internet Situation and then say ‘Let’s See If It Works.’ And when it doesn’t, they just apologize and lose out on a whole transaction.
