First time doing a pickup and surprisingly very rude service from both the people working the counter. All I simply said was that I had a pick up order I placed online. It wasn't busy or anything. Definitely makes one think twice about coming back. Get out of customer service if you don't like dealing with even easy customers.

Beauty section employee KAMILIAH is very nice and helpful. Thank you! However, some of the self-checkout cash registers are literally coming apart! NO MANAGER IS IN THE STORE YET AGAIN, BUT SOMEONE NEEDS TO REATTACH THE FLAILINGLY LOOSE SELF-CHECKOUT REGISTERS WITH METAL SCREWS! Thank you.

I asked a CVS female cashier where I can find the health product hyaluronic acid. She called employee ELIZABETH and asked her to come to the front. I asked ELIZABETH where hyaluronic acid is in the store. SPEAKING WITH WHAT SOUNDED LIKE A FOREIGN ACCENT, ELIZABETH ASKED ME WHAT BRAND. I SAID CVS BRAND. SHE THEN SAID THE CVS STORE DOESN'T SELL HYALURONIC ACID. WRONG! I PROCEEDED TO FIND A BOTTLE OF CVS HYALURONIC ACID IN THE VITAMIN SECTION BY MYSELF!
