My experience at this branch was very pleasant. The sales associate was very accomodating and resourceful in locating and meeting our purchase needs.
Stopped in today just to get a box of Sudafed. There was no one in line and 4 people behind the counter. One was working the drive thru, the others I guess were working on prescriptions. The other 3 just kept starring telling me to sign in. I said I just need a box of Sudafed. Sign in for what? I was the only one there. My transaction would have taken no more than a minute. A girl walked over and said they want me to sign in. I said no thanks, I'll go elsewhere.
Employees do not help customers they force them to use self checkout by disappearing from the counter. Ridiculous that only 1 employee is there to check out customers stock items
They canceled my appointment multiple times when I had 48-72 hours to get it read.
General nothing wrong with the store, but stock on the CVS brands of baby formula is always 0 as well as the Asian blend of trail mix whenever I go. If you always sell out, why wouldn’t you order more?
