Went in to pick up my prescription (they'd received it days before) after work, just after 6pm. Was told that there had been some sort of issue that they wouldn't explain to me with the prescription but they had fixed it and I should come back another day, couldn't do it that day because the medicine vault would close in an hour and they couldnt be bothered to rush. My experience at this branch was very pleasant. The sales associate was very accomodating and resourceful in locating and meeting our purchase needs.
Stopped in today just to get a box of Sudafed. There was no one in line and 4 people behind the counter. One was working the drive thru, the others I guess were working on prescriptions. The other 3 just kept starring telling me to sign in. I said I just need a box of Sudafed. Sign in for what? I was the only one there. My transaction would have taken no more than a minute. A girl walked over and said they want me to sign in. I said no thanks, I'll go elsewhere.
Employees do not help customers they force them to use self checkout by disappearing from the counter. Ridiculous that only 1 employee is there to check out customers stock items
They canceled my appointment multiple times when I had 48-72 hours to get it read.
