This is the worse CVS ever. Management is rude.
the most horrible cvs employee. He doesn’t greet customers, thank them, or assist customers if they have a question (some Frankenstein dude with blond hair). They just sit there and chat. Also, wear a name tag???? So many broken policies committed here.
Always greeted by a pleasant pharmacy tech, but today I must say Elizabeth went above and beyond. I stopped to pick up a very expensive prescription and she asked if I had a coupon to get it cheaper. I told her I was having trouble activating the card I was emailed and gave up. She told me to go call the company. No sooner I was back at my office, CVS called and it was Elizabeth, she got the coupon for me and the prescription ended up costing $10. The manager who she said her name is Jacey was very disrespectful and did not not let a cashier give me service she was being racist
