the most horrible cvs employee. He doesn’t greet customers, thank them, or assist customers if they have a question (the individual on the right with blond hair). They just sit there and chat. Also, wear a name tag???? So many broken policies committed here.

Horrible! I hate there new system, you are unable to speak with someone to get actual information on anything!

Horrible customer service. “Manager” kept telling me I was playing a blame game because one of the techs processed my expired prescription & now I can’t get my active prescription filled. The manager was disrespectful & unprofessional.
