Worst pharmacy I have ever relied on as a patron. They close their pharmacy early, the staff is uneducated, they cancel your subscriptions flippantly, and they often say your prescriptions aren’t ready when the CVS app says otherwise. When your family relies on the medications they are supposed to supply you, you should definitely pick a more reliable place.
The pharmacists refuses to do their jobs until you tell them to do it. You request a refill, they won't fill it until you message them and ask why it's not filled. Then they won't run it through your insurance and wait until you come pick up a medicine and you question why it costs so much and they say "oh do you want us to to to run it through your health insurance?" Colleen…. You ROCK!!! Over and beyond my expectations!!! Found what I was looking for in the back store room and worked to get my discount applied to my purchase. She’s truly the salt of the earth!!! Outstanding!!! Customer Service at it FINEST describes her Best!!! She is what Excellence looks like. KUDOS Colleen!!!!
Shutting down for lunch is so stupid! There are at least a dozen employees and yet they can’t rotate lunches?!?! Most of the time they don’t even greet you or say anything at all. They are like robots. The store is cluttered with products in the aisles, no employees around to offer assistance. Shelves are bare, never have what I need. Walmart isn’t any better. I unfortunately don’t have a choice of where I can get some of my prescriptions, I’m limited. So I’m forced to go here until I can find somewhere else to go.
