The customer service is absolutely horrible recently! The supervisor (Aniya) extremely disrespectful and unknowledgeable..it took her 3 times and almost 50 minutes to complete my transaction! Many customers are complaining regarding this supervisor and now going to other cvs locations due to her!
I have to give a big shout out to the Pharmacy staff here at the Jenkintown CVS. Someone (I didn’t ask for her name, sorry) helped me out so much yesterday. Her kindness and her helpfulness did not go unnoticed. She helped me get my medication in a timely manner and told me how to proceed so I don’t run into roadblocks next month with my health insurance. I am so grateful for the hardworking Pharmacists and Pharmacy staff. Thank you!
If I could give a zero, I would. Was turned away from the pharmacy “minutes before their lunch break” but the customer before me was able to get in line, to pick up medications which led me to believe “it was about race”. The pharmacy staff was does not care about the customers….needless to say I was racially profiled, the staff “tried to intimidate me”, and I know this for a FACT, because it was not quite the “cut off time as he initially stated”.
