Unfriendly staff and have rarely had a smooth transaction since having to change to CVS for a pharmacy. Not pleased at all as a customer.
25 minute wait for pharmacy drive thru, RIDICULOUS! Sign says that there's full service in both lanes---so NOT true! I was told that to pick up my script I had to get back in the left lane and waiting as they only had one register. Then I had to wait 25 minutes behind a car while the clerk and the person in it chatted!!! It was unbelievable! My transaction literally took 4 minutes. If I didn't need the medicine, I would have left. Seriously thinking of switching to another store.
