Extremely unprofessional. Nobody does their jobs including the receptionist
They don’t help you go higher up still don’t help
Been trying to speak with someone for the last 2 weeks about old papers sent to my home stating missing application . Still no response soo today I decided to go to the office since no one is returning my calls or responding to email. The lady at the front security desk was soo rude and dismissive about what I was trying to say. Soo I just dropped my missing application in the drop box. However I will definitely be seeking some professional help cause I never experienced such crappy work!!!
Rude, neglectful, and dismissive.. I've had so many new case workers I've lost count! Been trying to move for a couple months now.. And when I finally get everything done and ready to start the process, there's a new case worker and I have to start all over again! There's always an excuse and never any accountability... And being closed due to COVID and that was 5 years ago is still a joke to me
