Rude, neglectful, and dismissive.. I've had so many new case workers I've lost count! Been trying to move for a couple months now.. And when I finally get everything done and ready to start the process, there's a new case worker and I have to start all over again! There's always an excuse and never any accountability... And being closed due to COVID and that was 5 years ago is still a joke to me
A nightmare experience as a landlord
They went from nice and helpful, to quite nasty. Virtually every person, with a few exceptions, answers the phone angry, in no desire to help anyone, or you leave your number to wait forever to speak with a rude person. It's a shame, only 3 years ago most everyone was nice and helpful.
HORRIBLE AGENCY I would give it ZERO they are crooks they hold back rent and never pay it back, I stopped taking CVR. Most landlords are stopping to deal with them.
