I would give 0 stars if I could. My experience with this housing company has been beyond frustrating. I have been trying to reach my caseworker since April to update my rent portion, and despite countless phone calls, emails, and messages, I have received little to no response. It is nearly impossible to speak with a live person. Calls go unanswered, voicemails are never returned, and emails are completely ignored.
