They Don't pay their subs and don't answer the phone or emails about getting paid!! Do not work for these people!! They delete their emails requesting payment without reading them... This is a fact !! Maybe you should return a email or call or text.
If you are a subcontractor, hope you don't like getting paid. You will get regular contact during the actual project, but as soon as it's time to get paid, expect to have to take legal action to see your money. No return calls or emails for months. Do yourself a favor and skip working for these guys. There are easier ways to make money. If you absolutely must work for them, slap a mechanic's lean on the property the day you finish your work. It's the only way to get any attention.
