YOU WILL GET STIFFED ! CONTRACTORS STAY AWAY!!! SAM,JAY,SEAN, & DAVE are the most incompetent people and have 0 idea on how to operate. Its is impossible getting a hold of anyone at the office. Specially when it comes to payment. We had to file a lien for payments that where not made and good luck getting your Retainage back. They claim a check has been cut and send and then ghost you.

They Don't pay their subs and don't answer the phone or emails about getting paid!! Do not work for these people!! They delete their emails requesting payment without reading them... This is a fact !! Maybe you should return a email or call or text.

If you are a subcontractor, hope you don't like getting paid. You will get regular contact during the actual project, but as soon as it's time to get paid, expect to have to take legal action to see your money. No return calls or emails for months. Do yourself a favor and skip working for these guys. There are easier ways to make money. If you absolutely must work for them, slap a mechanic's lean on the property the day you finish your work. It's the only way to get any attention.
