I accidentally made my appointment for 7:45 am when i meant 7:45 pm. Stupid mistake, but rather then scold me for missing my appointment or requiring me to re-book and re-pay the team we’re understanding and helpful. They got me worked me into their schedule quickly (there was only a small line up) and administrated the text quickly…the results were in my inbox before I made it through security.
