This place seems like a scam. I called the number to inquire if they had covid tests. It started out with a recording advising me that I had been selected for a free medical alert system. To claim the free item I was to press 1 and to decline press 2. Certainly not interested so I pressed 2 and the line went dead. Tried to call back and there was nothing, no dial tone or anything.

I will give 0 star if I could, my appointment was in February, upon cancellation they said they will refund my money in 2 weeks, it’s been 3 months I didn’t get my money, there should be a lot more people who didn’t get their refund, in addition they don’t receive calls, not only these they never call back, worst service ever. Instead you go to GORAPID, much better than CVM, faster, accurate and polite staff. I would not recommend CVM to anybody🤬🤬🤬

My bus ended up being late getting to the lab so I was not able to make it to get my test on time, I knew this before my test and could not find anyway to cancel it and now I cannot get a refund because they do not reply to email

Scam. Company provides false results and when you show proof “customer service” ignores you and stops responding. Just want my money back. They are a public health threat - neglectful testing practices provide false negatives, so likely people are travelling with the virus not being detected by their tests. Had to go elsewhere to get a positive. Buyer beware.
