Do NOT hire this man. He took $24,000 for a complete kitchen, subfloor up. Nine and a half months later, I got flooring I had previously told him not to put in and that is All I got, then he filed bankruptcy against me.
Craig has a professional crew who did the job quickly and correctly. Bids were fair and accurate. The finished product was great and the property looked like it did before they started.
We had a great experience with Craig. They were in and out in a week as promised and the work is exceptional. We are thrilled with our new floors and base molding. Craig came by tonight to do a final walk through and picked up on a couple items I wasn’t aware of and sending one of his guys back out for a touch up. That’s fantastic service. Thanks Craig and Crew.
Craig was professional and responsive. With his help I chose the materials and he took care of everything else. The workers in the house were respectful and efficient. Highly Recommend!
* Edited to address the owners response* Our experience with Craig was absolutely terrible. Our 2 day project was significantly delayed, his employees would only show up for a few hours at a time, several days no one showed up at all. The crew was very inexperienced, Craig told us so himself, therefore mistakes were made during the install that needed to be repaired. We brought it to his attention before the install was complete but he refused to look at the issue or fix it even when we offered to pay for materials needed to... read more
