Charlottesville Residential just completed a 550 linear ft plank fence at my residence. Overall this was a great company to work with for the following reasons: timely response to inquiries; professional conduct throughout the process; clear and open communication; quality material and workmanship; and job completion in a timely fashion. The company quoted a fair price and cares about doing the job right. I was happy with my experience and would recommend the company to others.
Patrick came over to give me an estimate and provided a verbal quote that I agreed to. He said he would send a proposal, but after multiple calls and texts, he never responded.
Called this guy to get an estimate to replace a fence. He was very rude and uninterested after I explained that I had my material already. Instead of saying I would consider the job if you use my material etc. He is not a friendly businessman and I wouldn't recommend calling and being treated the way I was treated. HE MAY NEED A JOB THAT MAKES HIM HAPPY
The owner Patrick is very responsive and professional. The price was fair, and we are happy with the fence installation.
We built our new home in March and Patrick and his team came out to put up our fence. Patrick was showing signs of not really wanting to install our fence, unfortunately my husband and I didn’t heed those signs. I waited this long to review to see if the quality of the fence would stand time and it hasn’t. I expressed my concerns and specifically asked that the fence be built a certain way, due to my dog breeds, and Patrick pushed back A LOT.
