I highly recommend CVHN and the Virtual GLAD they run. I can finally go up and down the stairs normally after 10 years of pain, medication, using a cane, going to physios, doctors…I was diagnosed with hip and knee arthritis, dealing with pain and balance issues, contemplating surgery…and the virtual GLAD program with Dr. Ali helped me build strength and manage pain.
