We used ValuPark for a weekend trip. The drivers are amazing- safe, professional, kind and friendly (they are the reason why I didn’t do lower than 3 stars). As we were trying to leave, the truck in front of us was at the pay kiosk for several minutes, just sitting there, not attempting to pay. The employee assisting cars coming in seemed to not notice that the truck wasn’t moving. Definitely recommend! There are free shuttles to take you to/from the airport. The shuttle drivers are really nice and professional, always offering and taking my bag off and on the bus. They will also pick up and drop you off at your car! The rates are reasonable, no reservation needed and there is plenty of spots.

The shuttle drivers are quick, friendly, and professional. Thats the only good thing. The customer service phone line is another story. If you have a problem with the outdated machinery at the exit and call expect the worst. I had to deal with two separate agents. Both were rude, unhelpful, and very condescending.
