Had read mixed reviews prior to booking online. We had an amazing experience! Saved our QR code for easy check in and check out. Shuttle picked us up immediately at our car. We had a huge line of people after our flight, but several shuttles were right there to take us back to our car! Both of our drivers were very friendly and helpful! Would absolutely us CVG ValuPark again!
This is probably the best shuttle parking lot I have ever been to, and I travel a lot. I like the pre-booking process, lots of space in between parking spots, and the shuttle drivers are fantastic. They take you right to your car door and I felt like my vehicle was completely safe while I was gone.
Great option when taking an extended trip. Drivers are quick to pick up.
