CVFP- Forest location needs to evaluate staffing. Every time that I call for an appointment or to have a question answered, I am on hold for no less than 20 minutes. Usually, I am disconnected after 15-20 minutes of being on hold and then have to call back. The website says that it is not busy (live). My current wait time is 25:00 to have a question answered pertaining to my office visit next week. When I called to make the appointment, I was on hold for over an hour, although that involved 2 disconnects.
Sends you a text to confirm an appointment with instructions to call if you need to reschedule or cancel yet you are in the 7th circle of automation hell with a system that does not route you to a person and the mailbox is always full. Bet they try to charge me for a missed appointment though.
