I had a very positive experience with Dr. Goff and the staff. Everyone was courteous and professional.
This office came up on my insurance website as an in-network provider so I called to set up an appointment. I was surprised to find out that they required an additional application to see if a provider would be willing to take me on. The attitude of the front desk staff was surprisingly unfriendly and snotty as if I were trying to gain membership to an exclusive country club instead of a doctor's office where I'd be seen maybe once a year but whatever I submitted the application.
