Dr Amy whitlow is wonderful. She makes you feel understood and listens to your feelings and concerns - Office staff is wonderful
Can't speak to their physician level of service, but warning others that I called to establish care and was told that none of their providers were accepting new patients despite checking providers online and finding one I was interested in at that location labeled "Accepting New Patients." As my only interaction with them was not accurate or helpful, I would avoid.
Been going to this Family Practice for about 5 years now. Their office is starting to make some changes of course I don't know of all the changes but I can feel them. One change that I don't care for is how you have to talk to someone out of the USA to make an appointment. My grandson had an appointment last week and an intern was leading up the appointment after answering all of the nurses questions the intern proceeded to ask the same questions.
